Embracing the Chaos: A Military Spouse’s Journey Through Family and Adventure
Hello, everyone!
I’m excited (and nervous) to launch my very first blog post! My name is Staci, and I’m a 34-year-old mom of two incredibly active kiddos, living the chaotic life of a military spouse. My husband recently retired after 23 years of service, and I’m gearing up for my own retirement this May after 17 years in uniform.

As we’ve journeyed through this military life together, we've moved across our beautiful country five times! Each new place has brought a fresh set of challenges and adventures that have shaped our family into who we are today. From the Annapolis Valley, Rocky Mountains, the Prairies and the Maritime Coast every move has etched unforgettable memories in our hearts.
As a mom, my daily life revolves around my two energetic kids. Whether it’s racing from one hockey rink to another, cheering on their teams, or participating in school activities, every moment is a whirlwind of excitement. They keep me on my toes, and their passion for life is contagious! We're lucky to be a part of such an active community, where sports and teamwork bring everyone together.

We share our home with two adorable puppies - A French bulldog, Millie and an English bulldog, Winston. They balance each other out perfectly, bringing a sense of humor and so much love to our busy lifestyle. They never fail to bring a smile to our faces, even on the busiest days.
As we make the most of this exciting chapter, we also prioritize taking every opportunity to travel. Whether it's a quick road trip to explore nearby locations or planning a family vacation. I look forward to sharing our travel stories, tips, and experiences with you all!
In this blog, I’ll be documenting our journey as we navigate the joys, challenges, and all the beautiful messiness of family life. I can’t wait to connect with fellow moms, military spouses, members, veterans, and anyone who appreciates the ups and downs of everyday life.

Thank you for joining me on this adventure! Here’s to celebrating the chaos, cherishing the little moments, and embracing the beauty that surrounds us.
Cheers,
Staci
P.S. Stay tuned for my next post where I’ll dive into our 2024 holiday travel adventures.
